We sincerely thank the Cariboo Regional District for its generous grant support to the Forest Grove and District Rod & Gun Club. The funding allowed us to remove and rebuild the deteriorating stairs leading to the rifle bay, creating a safe, sturdy, and reliable access route for our members and guests. We were also able to repair and improve the outhouse, ensuring it is clean, safe, and suitable for continued use. We are truly grateful for this support, which has helped address important safety concerns and improve our facilities for the entire club community.

The history of our club dates back to 1935 when the club was established in Forest Grove. We are not only one of the oldest rod and gun clubs in the Cariboo, but also the oldest club in Forest Grove. We are currently 126 members strong and growing.
Our trap range completes with 5 shooting stands. During our bi-weekly trap shooting meet-up, we charge a small fee of $7.00 CAD per round of 25 shells to cover the cost of clays and thrower maintenance. One box of ammo is on us for first time shooters.
We are dedicated to the promotion and safe enjoyment of the shooting sport. This includes pistols and revolvers.
Rifle shooting is a sport that suits everyone, from an adult to a young person. It fosters not only the current but also the next generation of great out-door people.
